The ladies here have always been nice and friendly. They have have always tried to accommodate our needs to the best of their abilities, with the equipment at their disposal. We use to rent a few units from them off various sizes. Yes they were pricey, but that's what you get for storage in the middle of a city . We've never had an issue with any vehicles rented from this location.
The deal looks great until you take into account your kilometers. Signup was easy, but it did take a while to get my deposit back.
Terrible customer service, staff was not at all helpful nor were they willing to help. They couldn't care less that our reserved truck was not here. There were no attempts to contact the person with our truck or attempts to help us in anyway.
Very rude person on the phone. Calling to ask if they have a specific trailer to view before renting. I wanted to drive over and see it first. The ride lady was more concerned with my phone number and email address than saying whether or not she had a specific trailer and that I required a reservation first. She didn't confirm if there was a trailer to view and hung up. Nice!
Rented a 15 foot truck here twice within a span of two weeks. Great and friendly staff, always making sure to make your experience is quick and professional. They probably have the largest variety of vehicles in the area. Had just a couple of small issues with the card reader being down one time and not being able to do debit deposit the other time. Otherwise everything was on point and the bills provided after drop off were always accurate. Will definitely use again.
