Wouldn't recommend this dealer. Can't figure out my name properly even with my licence. Booked the wrong day to return trailer. Lady in the voice mail was rude. Didn't want to listen to what I had to say. Better to find a better dealer then Plains Rd, Burlington
Easy peasy truck rental. Used these folks on Plains Rd in Burlington for a 26' truck to move the contents of a two bedroom apartment. In and out in less than 5 min. Truck was spotless and the dolly I booked was already in the truck ready to go.Best part is two day rental was under $200 including gas. Great experience!
Went in to have a hitch put on. Rude employee and tried to hide damage to my bumper. Never even apologized for the damage. Told us exactly what he did to damage bumper. Careless plus even though we told him we needed vehicle back that night he decided to keep the vehicle overnight. Insisted to get it back. That's when we found the damage and the job wasn't completed. Do not go there.
As it goes for u hauls, this is a good location. Little hassle and easy pickup and drop off.
Avoid. I called put on hold for 10 minutes.i had to call back. I tried to get a hitch installed. They didnt have the part so i would have to wait 10 days or pay 71$ shipping for them to get the pary early. AVOID
