Raised rates every year for no apparent reason. A 1010 locker is 2 times more than exactly the same type of facility. Fed up after 4 years and move to another company
They will not stop harassing me about an account that is not mine. They had my number as an emergency contact in case of fire/flood/etc. I've called and complained many times about this, yet I still get calls, this time they blamed a trainee. They will disclose your information to anyone remotely associated with your account, They do not understand or respect privacy, do not expect your information to be safe with these people.

I was moving to Burlington, ON and needed a climate controlled Self Storage. I rented Storage at the Fairview St. location. The customer service was great. The storage units were clean and bright. I also needed some boxes and was offered a 10% discount because I actually spent so much money on other packing supplies. I highly recommend Access Storage if you are looking to rent a self storage unit.
