This facility is spotless and well organized. The carts are very helpful. I used a unit for approx 3 months and everything was in the same condition as I put it in in. The staff are great too.
Some.of the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. You will have nothing but problems with these people.Came to pay my bill twice and twice now, they were "Out for Lunch", or "Gone to Bank." This place's business model is all about screwing customers with increased rates and garbage late fees. Read more Google reviews on these guys. Always the same story. Watch out!!!

After about 2 months storing here me and my husband are both still very satisfied with this location. The staff here are amazing so friendly and helpful. We have rented at other storage units in the past and this location is always so clean and its large building yet very easy to find your way around. Highly recommended
I was in the middle of a crisis that day and was able to get a storage locker quickly and efficiently with Brianna helping me at Appleby location in Burlington. She has always been very helpful as I also have a unit for business there. Shes always multitasking and helping clients in such a friendly way. Thank you Brianna for all you do !!!
