Gave them a second try, since the first time was terrible. This time was not much better, chicken is dry, I got the extra hot, barely any flavour definitely not hot. They barely give you any sauce on the chicken too. Disappointed for the price, it's not cheap. Would NOT recommend. And I emailed you like you said to in the reply, and nothing came of that whatsoever, these people don't seem to care.
The taste is really good. Good staff and very clean place. Wheel chair accessible. Not a rush place. Good place to bring kids. Ask for halal if you have religious requirements.
The food was good, but...Terribly understaffed. I've never been before and may give them a pass for this reason. I have to say they were busting their a$$es trying to do the right thing but whoever the management is should have been pulling up the slack. The supervisor I spoke to was doing her best.Pop machine had most flavour choices unavailable..., due to staff unable to replenish the machine.
We LOVE Nandos. Ive been going to Nandos for years during my time in South Africa and I feel lucky to have one of these spots so close to home. Its great for lunch and a beer and the staff is great.
I was so excited to eat the food that I didnt take any pictures! :/ Food was great, atmosphere was amazing, staff were VERY helpful and attentive, so was the leadership team! I highly recommend giving this location a try. Its a bit confusing at the beginning but ask questions and make sure you let them know its your 1st time so they can support you through the process. Only con is like a few mentioned, portion sizes and mainly on shareable sides. I recommend adding pictures to the menu or taking the bowls they are served in putting them on display!
