Good service, very clean room, comfortable bed and pillows, (free coffee, water, oatmeal, tea, juice boxes, yogurt, breakfast bars in lobby), microwaves and mini fridge in room. Very clean bathroom, nicely decorated. On the negative side, they required a $200 deposit for my room. I better get that refunded, as we left the room in perfect condition. Also, the TV had no remote.
This was a convenient place to stay before an early morning flight from Hamilton International Airport. Check-in times were a bit limited (3-9 pm) but we were forewarned by email a few days in advance. Rooms were basic and clean though there was some very visible water damage on the ceiling. The floors also seemed to echo a bit as we heard noise from the room next door - luckily our neighbour wasn't too noisy or it would have been disruptive. Overall decent place to stay at a price lower than others further from the airport.
Nice place, comfy enough beds, walls are rather thin so you can hear your neighbor's conversations clearly. Basic snacks available for free (water bottles, cereals, granola bars, tea, coffee, juice, yogurt). Very quiet area, and if you don't have a car there's a nearby bus that will get you to Hamilton (or to Aldershot station if you're heading to Toronto/Montreal). 200$ deposit that will be paid back after checkout.
AVOID! Made reservations through Expedia at approximately 10pm. Staff informed us that check in time stops at 9pm. Staff member refused to check us in. Now we need to scramble around to find another hotel. The staff member was rude and threatened to call the cops? it was very odd. I will be following up with Visa to make sure they aren't charging for a room they didn't give us.Will try to add pictures of booking confirmation confirmation later.
The motel is reasonable priced and in a convenient location. It's nothing fancy, but we'll maintained. Easy access to the 403 and local restaurants.
