I have stayed in this hotel a few times, and will be back in the future. It's an overall nice hotel, clean, friendly staff, and the included breakfast is pretty good. The location is very central, so you can get where you need to pretty conveniently. I travel for business, but I always see plenty of families there enjoying the pool. It's however pretty quiet even when busy, no having on the floors or walls that I've encountered.
Over the last few years, my expectations of Best Westerns continue to be exceeded and a recent stay here in Burlington was no exception. Quick, friendly check-in where all the right questions were asked, comfy room, exceptionally clean bathroom, easy access to 24-hour vending machine, hearty and healthy breakfast options, and quick check-outthe value simply cannot be beat.
Very nice hotel, near to the highway and entertainment. Friendly staff, who were helpful with all of my needs/concerns. Great Breakfast that I actually sat down and enjoyed. I got a good night sleep and I didn't hear any noise from the other hotel room/outsides.Dinged a star for maintenance, that needs to be done with several doors that I ran across.
Had a great stay while we were here. We had a room with a king bed. Probably the most comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in. We ended up sleeping through our alarms most days haha. Bathroom is slightly outdated in terms of decor but everything worked well and was clean. Very big mini fridge which is nice if you need to store food or drinks. The cleaning ladies were very nice! Their continental breakfast has the above average spread you would normally see. Eating area for breakfast is a little cramped. On the last day of our stay we needed to check out but our flight wasn't actually until 4pm. We wanted to do some shopping but didn't want to take our luggage, so we asked if there was a way they could store our luggage and they were more than happy to oblige! Would stay here again!
The hotel is located off a major highway but the sounds from the traffic are not disturbing in the room. The hotel is a basic hotel with a pool. Very standard breakfast is offered. There is a strip mall nearby that has a Tim Horton's and other strip mall restaurants but otherwise nothing of interest in either food, shopping or attractions near the hotel. The rooms are clean, quiet but otherwise basic. Good value for the price especially if one only plans to use the hotel as a rest stop on a trip.
