We stayed as part of a wedding package and the room rate was $129 and watch out for the $8 hotel fee. You pretty much have to carry luggage up the stairs as there is an elevator but it's not convenient. When we arrived the washroom looked like it wasn't even cleaned from the prior guests - there was pubic hair behind the door on the floor and hair in the sink there were also bodily splatters on the under part of the toilet seat. Strands of hair were found all over the hotel room and the patio door doesn't lock which was concerning. The TV screen was a little spotty/fuzzy. I kept luggage on the desk as I have concerns of what I might be bringing back home... Breakfast was good and the AC worked great. I would not make reservations here again.

This place was......meh.... OK I guess. Wasn't too impressed with the grungy carpet. They should invest in a carpet shampooer. And the peeling paint in the bathroom made it look run down. The non-smoking room smelled like old cigarettes. Basic breakfast options were on the menu, except waffles and the fruit options were only apples; only coffee and milk for drinks. Room was cleaned and quiet. The staff were really nice. I wasn't too impressed, but for $90/night I guess you get what you pay for.

I thought this hotel was great. Stayed one night in a room with 2 queen size beds. The bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast was included and it was great. I would definitely stay here again.

This was our first stay at an Admiral Inn hotel and will be our last. Although the staff were great and the buffet breakfast was good, that couldn't make up for the dirty feel of the room. Housekeeping needs a BIG improvement! The room had a musty smell that lingered on our clothing. The rug was stained and the floor and rug looked like they hadn't been swept or vacuumed. When a room feels that dirty, of course you can't help but ask yourself, "are they changing the sheets in-between guests"? And why are hotels allowing dogs?! There were obvious signs of dog pee stains on the floor and walls. So gross. And there was a barking dog in the room next to us. Keep looking - you can likely find a cleaner hotel.

I booked a reservation 4 months in advance because I didn't want anything to go wrong on my trip to Canada, which would be at a time when I knew most hotels would be sold out. On the website, while I was booking, it repeatedly told me that my card would be charged at checkout after my stay, but charged me up front for several reservation fees that amounted to around 40 dollars. I flew in from America and spent upwards of 50 dollars to get to this hotel, only to get there and be told that my reservation had been cancelled. I was baffled, confused, and honestly quite angry. I searched through my email, opened the latest email I received from the hotel (the one that confirmed my reservation) and clicked on the link it had provided me with to check my reservation. It said that my reservation was still intact. The man at the front desk gave me a room for one night at a much more expensive rate than the one I reserved a room for. This was after a near hour long debate with him, trying to figure out what happened while he was literally yelling at me that my card had been declined and that he was going to go back on his offer to give me a room for one night if I made him wait longer before I paid him. This was in front of other customers, girls my age waiting behind me to check in as well. I had to step to the side so he could help them while I found proof I had a reservation. I guess he did help me by getting me that room, but he did it in a very unprofessional and almost childish way, speaking over me and cutting me off aggressively when I tried to explain that the website said my reservation was still intact, and literally yelling at me to "give him the 200 deposit RIGHT NOW" when I was trying to move money over. Honestly, it was the worst experience I've EVER had at ANY establishment, wether hotel or anywhere else you purchase any service or product. I was never refunded any of the money I paid upfront for the online booking I made that they cancelled without telling me, and all the money I paid for the room that night got me just a few hours, as I finally got the room at around 2:30 and was told I had to check out at 11. Also, I should mention that this guy made me wait for him to finish a personal call, which took about 4 minutes, before helping me, and then, when I was trying to show him the reservation on my phone, he took it from me and starting scrolling through the email and, somehow, exited the email and ended up in my general emails. It's like he thought he was entitled to my time, money, and personal property and information. If possible, I highly recommend finding a different hotel. Also, the rooms look nothing like how they are pictured above. Also, I feel I should mention that the day lady was kinder than the man that works the night shift, even though she didn't send me an email when she cancelled my reservation.
