I was in last week and two very helpful young ladies help me, they both had excellent suggestions and were very knowledgeable. Love the store, great prices and wonderful staff
Im a very loyal customer to this stores loaction, I always seem to find amazing sales and high quality products. Most of the staff is fairly friendly, but unfortunately one of the male employees always seems to make me feel extremely uncomfortable. I went into the store about an hour ago and only grabbed a few things, as my friend and I were walking up to the cash we saw this employee sitting down behind the cash register on his cell-phone. Not only did he NOT greet us, he was very uninterested and blunt. As I was paying for my purchase, I could have sworn that he took a picture of myself and my friend who was standing beside me. I didnt mention anything at the time because I didnt want to believe that he would do that. It also didnt surprise me that they weren't wearing name tags so I didnt have a chance to get his name. Im assuming its one of the owners sons. I really dont appreciate that he would be on his phone while helping a customer.. really disappointed because I love this store, but I dont think Ill be back for a while. No women should feel this uncomfortable in a retail store.
Have been a customer since the Burlington store opened.We have always found the manager Mike to be attentive, helpful and knowledgeable on alternative health and nutrition.He is always available to consult, and does not "sell" products if they will not resolve your health/nutrition issues.He always politely listens, and usually has sound answers with respect to our questions.We like his customer service ethic, and would recommend him, and the store to anyone .S.M.Burlington,on
I visited a client in Burlington 2 weeks ago and stopped into Healthy Planet as I was low on a few supplements. The manager Mike was very helpful with recommending supplements and he was also very attentive with my overall health concerns. Folks, this store is what customer service is supposed to be all about. Many other so called "health food" stores out there simply lack this basic concept. At the end of the day, the reason why health food stores should exist is because what was staff recommended and bought by the customer is actually making an overall improvement in the health of the customer. I also regularly shop at Pusateri's in North York and so I was very pleased to see the fantastic price point on some food items! Bravo!
My wife and I shopped here since it opened and really like this store because of the lower prices compared to the other store I go to as well. Would like it if it was bigger and spaced out more and would like to see a produce and food ready to go area. The staff members are very kind all the time and knowledgeable. I particularly like to sports area because they don't have as much selections at the other store I go to. I brought a performance product here recommended to me by this young very fit guy and its been working great for working out. He also gave me some great advice for my workouts and diet, I don't remember his name but he must be new cause Ive never seen him before. My wife loves the skin care area and most of the products recommended to her by Dr. Hudson are there at a lower price compared to competitors. The prices are very good, you save a few dollars here and there but they end up adding up. I would really recommend this store and hope it gets some sort of expansion.
