Gave false information about the new Iphone....not water resistant. Manager did not follow up but was to return the call when he looked into the issues. Instead had another associate call. Asked for the manager to call back and never has and no resolution. Apple used to be the best company, I would recommend to call the 1800 apple
Really happy with the services here. I brought my phone in , it was looked at and I left with a working phone at the end of it. It took an hour but given it was a Saturday and a really busy time I have no complaints . Great customer service , prompt and polite employees.Thank you for your great services
I walked in to the store to get help First Lady was very busy with a customer so I preceded to the next this lady ask what the problem was got short with me then seemed to reprimand me directing me to the lady at the front of the store who I was supposed to aperently know would direct me to someone who could help me!! I waited till the lady at the front of the store could direct me. She then sent me down the left side of the store to the person carrying an I pad !!! Imagine a person with an I pad in an Apple Store really there was at least 3 I ask the first one and looking dumbfounded passed me off to the girl we couldn't see behind the guy with an I pad further down the store so again I preceded to the I pad girl and ended up talking to an I pad guy I started to explain my problem and saw that the phone had not been update in a while and there was no storage ! I tried to find the best way to resolve the and if I could use my I cloud to resolve this and he just said I had too many pictures and pushed me away not resolving or helping in any way so I sat and started deleteing picture , thinking there must be a better way , I stopped another person and they said the would get someone to help and left Guess What no one came !! I have been in this store before and it was not the busiest I have seen it Very very bad customer service and not just from one but every one I came in contact withI had good service a year ago but this was terrible it was so bad and I , who have been a loyal customer to date, Will be looking for other suppliers for myself and my company Dose not deserve 1 star
Ive quite frankly always had a very good experience shopping at this store that even on the busiest days, there was always someone there to help right away. I showed up today at 8:00 and it was not busy at all; there were workers doing stock and not helping customers that just starred at me when I looked completely confused on what I was doing. I spent 30 minutes in the store and not ONE person offered their help. Im super unimpressed with the quality of service. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere considering no one wanted to help me in the first place.
Great location and the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to serve. But.....the wait times are insane! It takes a while to be served even when you have an appointment, which is a bit off putting.
