Amazing experience! From the front desk receptionist to the actual RMT. I WAS IN HEAVEN!!! She (Esther) tended to my exact needs perfectly. Also had some post visit advice to help with my issues. Just amazing will def be making her my go to girl.
i had a first time 25 minute massage with Esther which i found to be fantastic. She was very professional and also the front desk staff very welcoming and pleasant.. it was with a gift certificate that i received last Christmas i really think the establishment should of honoured the old price. i really don't think its that professional to charge for more i did give a gratuity..I will be back for another wonderful massage.
My hand and stone experience started with a hiccup. I had booked and appointment a few days prior and spoke to a very friendly woman on the phone, who took my information and made me a profile with them and confirmed my appointment. Somewhere something went wrong cause when I showed up for my appointment but it had been dropped in the system. The gentleman behind the desk (didnt get his name but maybe the manager?) was quick to get a solution for me and asked if the next day worked for me. He provided me with complementary aromatherapy which was a lovely addition to my massage today. Small hiccup was dealt with well and professionally. The RMT Daniel worked wonders on my tweaked shoulder. Very friendly and professional. He checked in on my previous injuries and adjusted the pressure for me upon my request. I highly recommend Hand and Stone and I will be back for more massages and to check out the other services for sure!
It was my first time there and had Bonnie. I told her about my sciatica pain and she worked on it amazingly. I felt so much better when it was done compared to other places where I still felt the pain. Thank you so much. I cant wait to book again!
I go for massages with Dominic and he is excellent. I always ask for upper body massage only as I have acute pain and knots in my shoulders and he follows my request every time and focuses on my problematic pain areas. He is respectful and extremely professional! I have gotten facials here too and the customer service is wonderful.. The front desk staff is very nice and friendly as well. My husband and I come to only hand and stone for our massages even though we have lots of massage therapists close to where we live because of the quality of service offered here! I highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for a wonderful massage therapist, facials!
