Ive been coming to Pham for 8 years, and she is AMAZING! When I started going to her I was biting my nails, and looking to get a shellac manicure to help me stop. Her first manicure blew me away! I couldnt believe she made my stubby little nails look so good! Eight years later, Im still coming every 2-3 weeks,. I followed her from Waterdown when she bought Essence of Nature in Burlington. This salon! All the ladies are so great, they make everyone feel so pampered and welcome, and they really know what theyre doing. From manis to pedis to sugaring to facials - Ive tried them all and every single experience has been awesome! Truly, this is the BEST spa anywhere. Thank you Pham & ladies!

Had a "sugaring" - resulting in pustules a day and half later. If I owned this business I would be concerned about a break in cleanliness procedures. Needless to say when I called to let the owner know all I got were denials that the pustules and the procedure were related ! Pretty big coincidence. Any business can inadvertently have a problem. The good businesses admit responsibility and show concern so that it never happens again.

I have been coming to Pham at essence of nature for three years. I love the staff and the service. I have been to be so many places and Im picky. Pham always goes the extra mile and u can tell she loves her job as well as the rest of the staff. Never disappoints

I have been coming to this spa for almost 10 years. I have had sugaring, facials, manicures and pedicure services. I am always happy with my services and have never had any issues. The staff & owner are incredible and make the experience that much better!
