This store has the WORST Staff and an Obnoxious manager. We bought very expensive boots there and they started to split the stitching after 1 month. The manager REFUSED to help us. If you want to be treated with respect, DO NOT shop here! Honestly we were so upset with how we were treated we posted it on Facebook so everyone would know what your getting into at this store.
I purchased a pair of Ecco Sandals from the Mapleview Mall on July 04, 2018. I dealt with Paul the store manage and another lady. I told them, very clearly, that I wore orthotics and might require them in a sandal. They both told me that the Ecco sandal did not require orthotics and not to be concerned.On or about the week of September 10, I went back to the store and explained that I was unable to wear the sandals because they hurt my feet.When I requested an adjustment, the manager laughed at me and inferred that there was nothing they could do because they had been worn. The cavalier attitude of the Manager was unnecessary; further, the staff should not be proclaiming untruths about the product being sold.I wrote to Head Office; the response was the same.There are hundreds of shoe stores; many excellent ones. Stay away from this Company if you want proper shoe advice and service.
terrible service. Incredibly rude staff, going out of their way to avoid helping. Was made to feel like a third class citizen. I will never, ever go back.
Great personal service. That staff try hard to make sure you have the best fitting shoe. They have limited sizing in store. They are happy to order your size but generally takes a week to arrive.
I went in yesterday and asked an older lady if the styles I liked came in a wide width as a currently have a foot injury. She showed me old lady shoes and I said No those are not my style then in a loud tone said they are wide!!!! I work retail and Ive never been treated so rudely before. She was wearing a black and white sweater and had short blond hair. Seriously she needs to be written up if I was the manager there. You dont treat customers like that. Will not shop here!
