I was at this Soft Moc location twice this week looking to find comfort for my feet and all I found was attitude from both woman working. Fire them ASAP .... i will never return to this location.
I was at the Mapleview location this week, with my teenage daughter. There was a young girl and boy on staff that day..there was zero greeting and it took for me to ask for help, which was done with zero energy.. as if I was bothering them for asking for assistance. I rather take my business elsewhere then go to a place like this! Whatever happened to great customer service. If there's an issue be cordial and try to find a solution instead of saying I "don't know"
