Experience is always good! At softmoc. But when will they have their uggs in? It's fall now?? Don't get it...
I called ahead, wanting to ask about a product. The call went instantly to voicemail - which means someone is on the line, and I listened to the message that they are helping other customers. Okay.Being in the neighbourhood, I decided to visit the store instead. It was well lit, appeared well stocked, there were no other customers, and there was no floor staff. I waited long enough for any staff to appear, any staff at all. Nope, crickets. I left.
Unfortunately a very small store with a poor selection of sizes and styles. Ended up making a quick return of what I purchased as I found better fit and deal at Payless which is in the same mall. The staff are friendly and helpful here however.
I find that if you can get your size in something you like their prices are quite good compared to other stores. For a smaller store they carry a decent selection.
Small shop, little selection, generally unhelpful staff. Generally tidy though and they will ship in unavailable products from other stores to you for free.
