Put shingles over a hole in my new built home. Did not remove the tape over the adhesive on the shingles. Me and all my neighbors lost shingles in the wind.
Amazing. Customer service team is fast to respond. Doug the Customer Service Technician came to assess and fix the problem on the spot. I have used this company in the past a few times, as has my extended family. They are the first and only company I would call. They have excellent knowledge and definitely displayed an interest in explaining the issues to me in a way I understood. They are also providing a follow up visit in a month to assess their work to ensure the issue my house had been resolved completely. There are a lot of strong positive attributes with this company. Im glad we use their services.
Not bad first time we used them to fix the roof on our new house. 2nd time price went up took about 1 week before they came this was about 2 weeks ago. This past Friday shingles went flying off their recent job. Called and voicemail was full. Did this for about 5 days. Emailed no response. Finally got through today and was told price doubled from 2 weeks ago due to change in ownership. As an added bonus they told me that it would take about 3 weeks to do. So called around found a local company and surprise! I called at noon they came and fixed it at 6! Price was similar and the person who I talked to actually sounded like they wanted my business! Save your time, Delica is not worth it!
Had shingle damage from May 4th storm. DeLuca had installed roof in 2010. Left message --my call was returned the next day. A team of three great guys came and repaired. No charge. Half an hour later the insurance inspector showed up, said the roof was in great shape. He couldn't even see where the damage had been! Thank you DeLuca. We'll done.
