All Stars was a great experience from the first phone call to the end of the project. They were efficient in sending out Andy for a quote, who was very down to earth and provided a very reasonable quote. We added some work after we signed and he came out again and added an honest additional amount. Jennifer was also easy to reach in the office and coordinated everything efficiently. The crew worked very hard and the result looked fantastic. Afterwards, we noticed a small part of the job was not done, but Andy arranged to have it done the next day, on a Sunday too! The only thing was we had to pick up some nails after but we had a gravel driveway that made it hard to see them all. Overall we were incredibly satisfied with the result, and have recommended these guys to many of our neighbours.
Andy and team are true professionals. We have hired numerous trades professionals since we moved to our 40 year-old home, and I have to say, All Stars was one of the best companies we've worked with. The service was top notch. We had wind damage to our shingles. When the tarp placed on our roof by another company became undone due to another severe windstorm, Andy himself came out to repair the tarp immediately, to avoid further damage from the rain. And when two days of continuous pouring rain caused water to come in to our house through the tarp, Andy expedited our roof replacement date, and made sure we had our roof replaced that week! We were very, very happy with Andy's understanding. And the crew themselves were also very professional. They showed up on time, were always polite, and best of all, the work was very high quality work. My husband went on top of the roof and saw how great a job they had done - from a technical standpoint, they know what they are doing and pay great attention to detail. They even cleaned our eaves for us while they were there, and did a very thorough job cleaning the site (and went above and beyond and cleaned our entire interlocking for us with their leafblower and hose), after having worked 12 hours under the hot sun. We could not have been happier with this team, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Kevin showed up for giving an estimate as scheduled. As any savvy consumer, I got quotes from other roofers which on an average were low compared to All Stars roofing. So I called these guys to ask what would they offer differently to account for the higher price or if they would price match. The receptionist who answered the call asked me to send over the competitors quote so they could take a look and see what may be the reason for low quote. So I scanned and sent the quote, the reply I got from Kevin was surprising Sounds like a good deal go for it. So I called the receptionist to ask for an explanation. She didnt bother to explain. She said thats Kevins decision. So I asked her straight, so for a comparable job you guys are charging $700 more than a competitor and she replied seems like it. I didnt want to continue that conversation anymore because it seemed to me that they dont have a valid explanation whatsoever to charge more and/or they were so eager to let go of a new customer. I dont want to work with a company that doesnt bother to offer good customer service.
I highly recommend All Star Roofing Company-Burlington.We absolutely love their workmanship .The people who works with us are organised , professional and very friendly. The job was done flawlessly. My husband and I are happy and satisfied with the service we received, especial mentioned to Andy and Elvis these two are very informative, accommodating and professional. We felt their sincerity and patience for us.Their product and labor are very competitive and well priced.Few days ago there was a wind storm 120/mph. I called their office to inspect our roof, Elvis quickly came by to visit, the roof are still all intact & firmed.All Star Roofing completely complied and met our high standards. This is a roofing company you can trust.We can sincerely say we had a great customer experience and you could have one too!!
