My mom has been using Rose Monachino services for all of her insurance needs for many years, so when it came time to get my own vehicle, I called them for help. A man named Chuck got me a great deal and was super helpful and patient with all of my million and one questions! I would highly recommend him! Immediately after I post a negative review...Multiple good ones pop up about Chuck! Poor customer service, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Caught Chuck in several mistakes, which he admitted to but did nothing of real significance to fix. He then went into my account and changed my billing date without my permission. When losing my patience with him lying and covering his own tracks, he continued to interrupt. When I stated that I was likely going to leave in a few months when my policy is up, Chuck didnt see a point in resolving the issues anymore. When raising concerns with Rose, I learned Chuck is her husband, so its evident resolution was not going to happen. Seems like there is a conflict of interest in this office and extremely unprofessional and dishonest.
I have been insured with Al, Chuck and Rose for 20 years and have had the pleasure of dealing with all of them. They have all been very professional and more then accommodating with any policy changes I've made or claims. Thanks for the great customer service and peace of mind!
