I reached out to Sapnas office for an auto quote for my 2 cars. I spoke with Brittany, she took my details right away and told me she would get back to me with a completed quote in 24 hours but within a few hours same day I got an email from her with a complete quote for both cars. It was a bit higher than other companies but the service was so much better than those other companies too. Knowing that this is the kind of attention and service I would get is definitely worth it a bit of an increase.
I work in Burlington and was needing to find a new insurance company as I was finding that my current service with Aviva was continuously increasing every year even though I have had no at fault claims (one not at fault from last year) and even though my premiums were very high when I actually needed them to handle this very stressful situation I kept getting passed around a call centre for hours and didnt get very far. I walked into Sapnas State Farm office and immediately I was greeted and offered coffee/tea/water while I waited (5 minutes). Once the sales rep was done with what she was working on, Brittany went through in great detail of all my needs and tailored my coverages to what I actually need and was very upfront about what kinds of services are beneficial to my particular vehicles and home and then provided a list of optional coverages that would add to my policies but not necessarily needed. I loved this honesty and transparency and valued the personal attention without even being a customer. I then went on to see another people walk in with existing policies who received the same kind of attention. Although I live over an hour away, I find this kind of service completely worth the distance. Oh and my premiums ... much lower than Aviva. Love these guys!!
Our family has been with state farm for almost 50 years, I personally over 30 years. A few years ago i was contacted to have my property re-evaluated and review our policies. Being open to this, all we needed was to find a mutually acceptable time. That couldn't be done. It seems that the only way we could meet was if I took time off work. They are open late Thursdays if that is convenient. It wasn't for me. If the timing didn't work, well that's too bad. When i looked over my renewal notice I found that my son was no longer listed on the policy, when I questioned this, the first thing out of their mouth was..."Did you notify us to remove him from the policy?" so it must have been my fault. Nope a system error. We have done some research and found that there a reputable companies out there, offering the same or greater coverage for less, as well the are ranked EXTREMELY high in independent customer satisfaction studies. They made time for us, in fact came to our home after hours to discus options. Finally when we notified Sate Farm on our intent to leave 3 weeks prior to the renewal date, we were assured automatic withdrawals would cease. NOPE.....another system issue, this one which cannot be corrected for a few days. It's a good thing that money wasn't needed for baby food, prescriptions, or fuel because it wouldn't have been back in our account for 10-12 days. I called a raised a stink so it was shortened to 7 days, still unacceptable. The lack of attention to detail is extremely worrisome to me. I would hate to find out something was missing when i needed them most. It was a tough decision to leave State Farm after that many years however they surely did their best to make it easier. A word of advice, in a world where consumers have choices, and research is easily done, you should strive to be the best in taking care of your customers, because if you won't there are bigger and better out there that will.
We are totally satisfied with the agency as they have been handling our home and auto insurance in an extremely professional and efficient manner for more than a couple of years now. They always make sure they stay connected with their customers and offer prompt, courteous and resourceful service. It has been a smooth, stress free experience with State Farm so far and we will most certainly recommend them to our family and friends. Keep up the good work!
