Stay away from this branch! Extremely poor service and very unprofessional. I switched to Allstate a number of years ago, they had a great rep there named Toby but he is gone. Then I found another good agent named Steve, also now gone. I made numerous calls to change some of my policies to no call back. Called the manager Zora, left a message on her voicemail that says she's away from the office (Aug) we are now October! still no call back. Nothing against Allstate, they have been good to deal with, I just had to find a new agency.
