I had a very pleasant and stress free shopping experience. I browsed the website before going to the store and had a fair idea what I wanted. The staff were friendly, courteous and professional. I knew the sofa I wanted, and a chair but I requested a change in fabric. It was no problem! When we went to pick up my furniture there was a sale on, so I ended up buying a new television as well! All in all, it was a great experience, and I have been telling my friends about it, and when the time comes I'll be back at Bad Boy for dining room furniture!
Worst service ever. AVOID THIS STORE. all LIES from salesmenWe walked in, specifically said were looking for GENIUNE LEATHER couches. The sales guy said the ones we liked were genuine leather.He said if we get the extended warranty, we wouldn't have to worry about anything but the motors. He also mentioned their warranty department was in house in Toronto and how they are great. Bought the couches for around 3k.Well within 1 year the couches started changing colour, ripping. We have no pets or children. Just from daily use we are embarrassed to have company over.. These couches did not even last a full year. After 7 months of going to the store, calling warranty department, talking to General Manager, we are now being ignored.The sad part is we walked into the same store, asked a salesman about the same couches, and we were told the same thing as when we bought them. That they are real and covered under warranty WHAT LIES.Warranty department says they are not genuine leather, they are not covered. I don't usually write reviews, but I will be telling all of my family and friends including the big company I work for to AVOID THIS STORE/COMPANY at all costs. There is so much more to this story it is incredibly frustrating. Who spends 3 grand on couches to last for 1 year. Give me a break.
Great plasma Television, despite warnings of a better stock else places it has still found a way in the home. Good work to this superstore near necessities for school stores in the same plaza. Sweet.
At the retail level you will be treated fine. You just have to HOPE that nothing goes wrong with what you bought. If you have to deal with the Warranty Dept., the service is laughably bad. It's a comedy at this point. A year of trying to get our couch that has threads pulling out repaired! I wish I was making this up.Nothing at this point could make me ever deal with them again. I would pay more at a different store for the same product to avoid them. Do yourself a favor and sit on the floor before buying any furniture from them.
My husband and I were struggling to find the right fridge after being sold a broken one from another company. I found the sales people at Bad Boy available, accommodating and knowledgeable about the products. It made a difficult process more comfortable and enjoyable. I am happy with the service and my purchase.
