I began a process of renovating my condo with some anxiety and mixed feelings as this process is not one I enjoy nor have any talent in. Arlene at Burlington ON store was the first person I met on this journey and we clicked immediately. She introduced me to designer Kathryn whose ideas I loved and together we came up with a beautiful new space. They were patient and supportive throughout and the result is amazing. Very flexible about delivery times as other work needed to be done. The delivery men were professional and helpful. Great overall experience at La-Z-Boy and I will be back againReturned September 2018 for additional pieces and received great service from Arlene. Get fabulous comments on my home and I credit La-Z-Boy with design.
My sales person was Arlene. She was awesome. Very knowledgeable about the furniture and features. Helped us pick the right chair for my husband with his back problem. She wasn't pushy but allowed us time to make decisions. She was very friendly and helpful. Great experience. When we need another piece of furniture we will go back for sure.
Recently worked with Kerry (sales person) and Tracey (interior designer) to furnish our family room. To be honest, we weren't expecting much, we figured we'd get some old /stuffy suggestions and we'd end up just buying the chairs we wanted. I let Tracey know I love Joanna Gaines style and am a major HGTV fan. To my surprise her suggestions were all bang on! We were so impressed with everything they presented, we actually bought it all! I highly recommend both Kerry and Tracey and I VERY MUCH recommend the free in home design services. We'll be back as we have more rooms to furnish!
Our experience with La Z Boy in Burlington was excellent! We were given space to browse, test out and see the new styles with NO pressure to buy. It took us a few days to make sure we were making the correct decision. As we returned to the store mid-week, Juliane was the consultant who had assisted us with choosing the correct colours and style for our family room. She helped with furniture placement and was very thoughtful while pulling together the finishing pieces (patterned pillows) to coordinate with items we already have for the room. We left the store feeling very confident about our purchase and are very pleased with our experience . We do recommend this store and Juliane for furniture and design needs.Sincerely Margaret and family.
We had an amazing experience buying our Lazy-Boy Recliner. Arlene was incredibly helpful. She explained what we were looking for and she walked us through the showroom to point out the items that matched our description. She had so much patience as we tried and retried the same couch a dozen time. We ended up purchasing the Makenna couch as it meets our needs perfectly. It is stylish, comfortable and there are are so many fabrics to choose from. Thank you and we can't wait to receive our new couch!
