While at my daughter home for a visit. Cory arrived from Barbecues Galore for a cleaning of her fireplace. My daughter and her husband just purchased the home a few months ago, and have never had a gas fireplace before. Cory was very professional. He showed up on time, He laid out drop clothes to protect hardwood flooring. He took the time to walked us through the process and what he was doing and inspecting and after the cleaning, We didn't even have to clean up. The living area is almost cleaner now then before he got here. We were very impressed with him and can say we won't have anyone else back to back so service our fireplace but him. Your company is very lucky to have someone with his knowledge and professionalism Cheers

First the good: great selection, generally knowledgeable staff. But. We ordered a BBQ that came to $2,000 with delivery and setup. Before making the final decision we inquired - at some length - about whether our natural gas line would be sufficient for this larger BBQ. We were clear that we have a 3/8 line where the new one requires 1/2 inch. We also said we didn't want to have to change the line as it is across the house and would be a very expensive update given the length. We were told the a gas fitter would be coming with the delivery and he could adapt it. And, so long as we didn't run all the features at once it would be fine.Not true, unfortunately. The gas expert was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but he said no way could we do it, so they took the BBQ back.Disappointing for sure. Worse though, when my husband went back to choose a replacement they charged us another $100 for setup and delivery. When he inquired why the manager - who was quite rude about it - indicated that they didn't make the mistake, we did and so they aren't responsible for it. Eventually, she dropped part of the charge but couldn't drop it all as "what if the next person didn't want the BBQ assembled". They can't keep up with the demand right now but this is her worry! I'd be willing to bet if the next person DOES want it assembled they'll ALSO be charged! And if they don't, they'll sell the customer a different one from the factory.All in all very disappointing for people who came in looking to buy (and not cheaply) a better quality BBQ. I wonder how the manufacturer, Napoleon, would feel about this....

Great experience!! Planning to purchase a Weber bbq shortly. Staff was helpful and not pushy. Learning how to make beef jerky and thankfully ran into Shaun (employee) who makes jerky all the time!!! He gave me the "how too" and now I'm ready to do my own!! Thanks Shaun!!!! See you soon foe my bbq!!!

Customer Service at its Best!! Where to start?! The store is vastly equipped with most everything you can think of for your backyard, patio or deck. My wife and I settled on a Napoleon BBQ, seeing as it was a large purchase for us, we shopped around and visited many local stores and websites. We finally made the decision (what a great decision) to go with BBQ's Galore. They had prices that matched most retailers and had a sales team with incredible knowledge of the product. Unfortunately in assembling the BBQ, we made the mistake of breaking off a screw in the panel, we promptly brought it back to the store! We were greeted by Tim and he not only informed me that he would personally see to it that his team remove the screw but that they would be able to professionally assemble the BBQ for 20$. I believe they mentioned this service to me upon purchase but I must have totally forgotten about it in my excitement. I would highly recommend this store for your BBQ, backyard and patio needs. Thank you Tim, Mike and Jeffrey

Great experience at Barbeques Galore! If you love barbequing, this is the store for you. Friendly, polite and knowledgeable staff. I could have spent more time...and money in there, and almost did lolGreat selection of BBQs of every shape, size and budget. They also have beautiful outdoor seating setups around the store.Accessories...check! Parts...check! Fireplaces...check! Service...check!When the backyard upgrade comes we'll be coming here.
