Only gripe you can have is remembering to bring a quarter to unlock a shopping cart. I rarely have change on me anymore. But everything else is as you'd expect from a "No Frills" experience; simple displays, well loved floors and young staff. There's other places to go if you want a polished feel. But I saved probably $30 today by skipping the "Italian tile and sushi bar" store.

Parents beware!!! Very disappointed at how the young staff are treated here. The interview process is where the fear and intimidation begins. Bob starts the interview by saying see that stack of resumes? You can be replaced at any moment. It is made clear and admitted to by Bob that he hires many for a couple of positions. Clearly several young and vulnerable kids will be getting fired from what is probably their first job. That leaves them with an Im not good enough mentality which can be damaging. It is not our responsibility as adults to build up the self esteem of the youth instead of treating them so poorly? Life will be difficult enough for them without dealing with bosses like this at such a young age. If someone is showing up late, being disrespectful etc... then yes, there is an issue that needs to be dealt with. If there is someone that does their best and perhaps needs some coaching then that should be offered and no one should I give up on them so easily. Bob, you truly need to change the way that you deal with these young people and if you cant be a positive influence and fair then you should only hire mature folks.Food for thought....

Only visit when there's a good sale on something. This time it was chicken breasts - but the bar code wouldn't scan on one package, so she called someone to re-label it. 20 MINUTES later, they returned and I was able to check out and leave. Poor cashier kept apologizing, calling the meat department to see what was taking so long. She eventually put her sign up so other customers weren't waiting for all this. Ridiculous!

With 45 minutes until closing only one till was open. 2 items or 20 used the express lane. It was anything but efficient and quick. I prefer the no frills in North Burlington. It's better stocked with friendlier staff. Also at Bob's no frills price matching is only in 2 specific lanes which I have never seen open. Save yourself the hassle shop elsewhere.

Good store. But be careful parking here. Do not leave the lot (past the bank or the tims) or security/tow company will remove your vehicle as soon as they see you leave the property. Not joking. If there is a tow truck parked in the lot they are watching.
