Clayton and Sean did an incredible job doing an emergency drain cleanout and fully detailed camera inspection/locate. Their work was professional, courteous and they cleaned up after themselves. I could not be more impressed with the level of service we received from Plumbwize. Gavin and Joe were on site and they were professional, cordial and patiently provided detailed answers to several questions I asked. They carefully showed me how to test the system they installed. Their workmanship and after service clean up was great as well. Jason provided the initial response to my call and either called back right away or picked up my call to answer a couple of follow up questions I had. Well run and well done.
Zach came to do quote . Fast and friendly . Reasonable quote was having a kangen water system hooked up. Gavin did the work and also noticed my kitchen drain was done incorrectly so i had him fix it while he was here. My drain finally works great and my water system works as well. Absolutely fantastic service! We discovered a leak in our hot water tank and needed immediate service. We called, and Jason, the owner did everything he could to make sure that we had a plumber at our place within a couple of hours, even on extremely short notice he was certain he could make something work. Once Frank arrived he was quick to assess and work on getting the old tank out. He was fantastic at dealing with some issues that arose and wasnt the least bit annoyed when he had to stay longer and work manually to get the water out of the tank to be able to get it up the stairs. The price was better than we could hope for and the service all around was perfect! I could recommend a better company to work with!
