Will not give you a basic quote over the phone. Price at the location was absolutely rediculius, twice higher than any other company. After negotiations didn't have a choice as the service call was 45$.

Plumber didn't show up to quote the job (was going to cost $45 for just the quote). When I called the girl said he got stuck at another site. Would have been nice to get a heads up, not a great first impression.Edit for below repsonse: I canceled my appointment because they didn't show up during the window they provided. I called and they informed me they would be late, so I canceled and went with someone else.
