WSIB patient? Dont bother. After waiting 4 WEEKS with no communication from them after assuring me they would contact WSIB to get approval, I finally called to see what was going on. The end result? Sorry, the WSIB caseload is too high and we cant take on your file. 4 weeks went by and no one could tell me this? If I wouldnt have called to enquire, would anyone have even bothered to contact me? Unreal. So thank you, for delaying my treatment unnecessarily for 4 weeks. Now I get to find a new place and start the process all over again. Not a great way to run a business or treat potential clients. I cant speak to the actual treatment, because I never got that far. But if this is any indication of how they value patients, no thanks! Plenty of other options out there.
