Have always received great care and treatment from a motivated and knowledgeable team. Richard also runs a killer evening spin cycling class in the fall and winter for anyone looking to improve their cycling skills and/or get fit. Highly recommended!

Had problems with my sciatica on my left side, only after two treatments I noticed a vast improvement. Great and friendly service.

For those who struggle with motivation to get on the trainer at home, Richard's spin studio provides a fantastic alternative. Fully equipped with compu-trainer bike mounts (yes, you get to ride your own bike - much preferred to spin bikes), structured training workouts through Sufferfest, Erg-video, RealRides and others, and 2 large screen displays (1 with the virtual ride and 1 with all the real time ride data you could ever want), I find this the best way to not only preserve my summer form but actually improve my fitness throughout the winter months. Richard does a great job of structuring seasonal sessions and individual workouts to build FTP and help us cycling die-hards be ready to hit the roads in peak form come spring time. I like how riders of all abilities can do the same workout together and have it tailored to their individual ability through setting their personal FTP and calibrating before each ride begins. It's also a bonus to have some social interaction during the workouts and some coaching provided by Richard and the other ride leaders. A highly recommended indoor cycling workout to help beat those winter doldrums!...

Awesome spin studio if you want to improve your cycling ability! I've been training at Maclean Sport Physiotherapy for a few years now and it's made a big difference in my cycling. Richard and his instructors lead us through various workouts that prepare us well for cycling season. I've found it an easy and fun way to get my winter workouts in, and improve my skills.

Richard and his staff are top notch. They address any and all concerns with professionalism and are very knowledgeable. Richard will address all concerns as if they were his own and never brushes an issue aside. You can tell how passionate he is about his craft and it truly translates to a wonderful experience. He certainly has helped me every time I see him.
