The only thing they have going for them is their new Pharmacist Bashim (I'm not sure if this is the correct way to spell it). He is fantastic. I recently transferred my prescriptions here and both times I've been there they all completely ignore you for as long as they feel they can. It's really bizarre. No one looks up, no one comes to the counter even with 4 people waiting for service. I've never felt as unwelcome as a customer as I do here.Edit: Bassim called me this afternoon to discuss my review and apologize for the service issue. He says that they take customer comments to heart and they will work on acknowledging customers sooner. I appreciate the sentiment and the phone call. Not many places take the time to make these calls.
