I went in looking for products for my new feral kitten that was recently adopted from the SPCA. Even though I did not find all of the products I was looking for I was helped one on one by an employee. He gave me many free samples to test what the new kitten likes as getting her used to humans was going to be an uphill battle. He gave me many which gave me confidence knowing I could experiment expense free for a little with what she likes. I will be going back for their very friendly and helpful pet expertise, service, and products. They gave me real product size samples of wet cat food and dry treats. I've given her one can of the wet cat food cans which she has already taken a liking to. Thank you so much for your help.
There is a lot to be said about a store and staff that goes the extra mile for guests and their fur babies. I have been to a lot of pet stores but not one of them gives the personal touch like this one. They won me over hands down.

Bought some cat treats from a super nice sales associate. They made my cat violently ill, and when I went to return them for a refund, a new and obnoxious sales associate told me they "don't normally issue refunds for open bags" and tried to educate me that if I bought a bag of chips I couldn't return them. Thanks for the sympathy for my super sick cat. If you're going to shop here do not go on Sunday's. Go on Satuday's when the long haired gentleman is there, he's really nice and informative unlike the Sunday staff who by the way wasn't even inside the store when I came in! Pretty sure he was outside smoking.
