Ordered a dog tag over a month ago, when I placed the order I was told it would be 10-14 days to receive it. I dropped in twice to see if it had come after two weeks only to responses such as we will call you or its probably In the mail but we can check yet and again ... we will call you and looks like I was crazy for asking. Keep in mind Each time I come into the store I spend about $100 + on toys and stuff for my dog. So I forget about the tag and waited for them to call me only to never receive a call for the $30 dog tag I ordered. So I decided to drop back into the store only to find out that the tag had been there waiting for me to pick it up. Never received a call once for what I ordered and the times I did drop in got attitude. To bad I really like the store, products and location but Im not a fan of supporting crummy customer service. Ill shop for my over priced dog toys elsewhere.Cynthia & Hector
A high end Pet supply store. Had our dog groomed and we're happy with the results. Mostly likely we'll be back
Amazing customer service all around- the owner is so amazing, he is always going out of his way to help. The rest of the staff are like a dream team team- knowledgeable and very kind. The groomer - is second to none! I cannot tell you how talented she is and you can tell she truly loves the dogs that come - been going for years and will continue!!! Excellent store!!
We have been visiting this Bark & Fitz for years. Have received friendly, knowledgeable service every time we shop there. The owner really knows his products and is very helpful and attentive. We have recently signed up for the food delivery service and LOVE it. We travel from the other end of town to shop here, so having this food delivery service has been great. Our border collie only gets groomed here and we have always been happy with the care she has received. Highly recommend this location.
