I must admit that the manager of this location was very warm and inviting and their products are amazing. Although I did find what I was looking for, my experience was not the most pleasant as the lady (sale staff) helping me was very pushy. I stated that I was pressed for time and wanted to see what was available because I intended to come back but she kept on getting more and more involved. As I was leaving the sale lady kept on pushing to leave a deposit for anything that I was interested in and mentioned that the prices could change since a new month is about to start. I had asked for the SKU of the item that I was interested in but at no point did she provide me that information. I dont know if she was concerned that I would go and purchase this online or that Id go to another sale person. In order for me to leave, I ended up getting pressured into leaving a deposit but as soon as I left I knew I was very dissatisfied with how things were handled. During my time I heard a lot of people coming and going that were very happy with their experience and Im hoping that my next trip there will be much better as Ill also be able to spend more time and not purchase an engagement ring within 15 minutes of getting there. I will certainly go back to Michael Hill but not to that location or that specific sale person. I'm plan to go back and get my deposit back and get the SKU for the item I wanted and heading to another location. A word to the curious; dont get sucked into their end of the month sales pitches.
I've had very great experience and service from zara at Burlington Mall. . she has such a great personality and I got the best advise and service from her. I highly recommend her to anyone wants to get great service.
