Horrible reception service. When booking keep in mind that they may cancel your appointment without notice and give it to preferred clients. I booked 3 and a half months in advance and was told the day before my appointment that a "more important" client was coming in for my time slot and not to come in. I understand mistakes happen, but this is truly unbelievable.
Not impressed went in to have my roots touched up walked out looking terrible amatur work. Will never go back and def not recommend!!! If I could have given zero stars I would have!!
Stewart and I (Sarah) absolutely love Salon Red --our entire family and extended family gets their hair cut here. Every stylist is fantastic and the receptionist- Ashely is fantastic.
