I asked for blonde highlights and they absolutely KILLED my hair. Sadly I got stuck with Brittney the jr stylist, she was apparently suppose to work on my hair with the supervision of a senior stylist. Firstly the senior stylist was no where to be seen throughout the whole process. Secondly ask for her to do my highlights as close as she can to my roots and she did at the top of my head but I guess she got lazy towards the end and left about an inch to an inch and a half under my head. Lastly she dyed over my original highlights which left my hair dried and to fall out. Thanks Brittney for your HORRIBLE service and left me with what it feels like 3 strands of hair left. I WILL NEVER WALK INTO THIS FACILITY OR HAVE ANY GOOD WORDS ABOUT IT. Ps NEVER GET A JR HAIR STYLIST ESPECIALLY BRITTNEY.
I went last week the service was amazing and just get a perfect haircut. But the colour was not good unfortunately.
I came in with my hair a hot mess from a previous salon and my girl Brittany transformed my hair completely ! I am over the moon happy with the results of the colour and cut as well! Highly recomenned this salon !
Tricia is AMAZING!!!!I am shocked by reading some of the negative reviews for Clip Hair Salon because my overall experience has been very positive. Some of the reviews are really disturbing and it proves that cyber-bullying is a real issue. If you experience a bad hair cut, colour, and/or style than request for a new stylist/hairdresser. At the end of the day, it's just hair and it will grow back. I drive from Oakville to this salon every 6 to 8-weeks and I have been coming here for over 6 years. It took having some really bad hair cuts at this salon before I found Tricia. Just recently, Tricia went on mat-leave and I continued going to the salon and once again I had some very bad hair cuts and only because the stylists were not used to cutting my hair. When Tricia came back this year, we both laughed at how bad my hair cuts were and she corrected it. My hair is now back to where it should be.What this salon offers is a diverse range of hair stylists with different levels of background and skills. You really need to be honest with your stylist and take the time to tell him/her what you hope to achieve. It's trial-and-error. If you do receive a bad haircut, request for a different stylist and I know you will find one that matches you.
