Great stop to take the go train when going towards Toronto or the GTA in general. There is plenty of free parking and the bathrooms are kept relatively clean. It is a medium sized station so expect a short walk between the entrance or parking lot and where you can actually get on the train.
If you don't get there by 8am, good luck finding a parking spot. They really need a multilevel structure here. Big development going to be happening beside it soon too, so hopefully that will include more parking.
Very little parking available. On average 3 out of 5 days I can find parking. Otherwise I result in having to drive downtown. Like others say if theres an event in Toronto dont bother coming to Aldershot you are guaranteed not to get parking anytime after 9AM
From out of town. Tried to use the GO station today. Parking lot overloaded with people parking illegally. Tried alternate parking lot. Same issue. So much for using GO transit. Ended up just driving to downtown Toronto and paying for parking then leaving. I think it was faster and cheaper than GO...lol.
Great location, Only downfall is parking on weekdays or weekends when a large event is happening is impossible!! People are usually lined up outside of the parking lot. Beware of parking on the street as I've seen police ticket cars. Drive down to Appelby GO for more parking!
