I called Bryce to inquire about getting our locks changed in Burlington and we were happy to be able to schedule this right away. He was punctual and reliable. He communicated well when he was on his way and when he got to site. He made some recommendations, and completed the work within the hour. I appreciated that he had the deadlock and door knob with him with the appropriate lockset without asking. He tested and made sure it fit well and that it can't be tampered. He gave us two sets of keys in the end. Overall, he was very easy to work with. We're very happy with his service.
