Terrible customer service. I talked to 3 different reps for over a week and still never got a return call for prices
Terrible customer service and very rude customer service basically had to hang up on the woman I think they need to get a new customer service rep. I inquired why the screws were not in with our system as they requested a certain type and she said well all cabinets are different width I said my comment was based on the weight not the size and she got very very testy I would like to get a reply back to me .
The entire team at Hafele Canada is great! I dealt with Qadeer about loox lighting he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. I feel he did everything to ensure that I was getting exactly what I wanted and what worked for me.
