It was my delight to find the shop at much needed location and got to know so friendly guy Dominic.Flowers look always fresh , healthy and beautiful .They must strive to keep it that way.I hope the shop would flourish just like their flowers.
I purchase flowers multiple times a month and was thrilled over a year ago to discover Dominic at Floral Express. I'm very picky about my bouquets and he never disappoints. The bouquets are always a generous size, magnificently beautiful and the price can't be beat. The quality of the flowers is excellent and he is extremely honest. The service is fantastic as he always makes sure I have a water bucket if I'm not going straight to my destination and will even place them in my car for me. There have been many times when I need something done right away and he always makes it happen. Every person I have given his work to has been thrilled. No need to go anywhere else. You can't beat the quality, price and service anywhere. I've included some pics of some of his work. Aside from the flowers, you won't find a kinder, more joyful retail owner, you leave his shop in a good mood every time.
I moved to Burlington four years ago and would always drive back into Oakville for my flowers until I found Dominic and Floral Express. The flowers/bouquets that I have ordered or just stopped to buy have always been beautiful and last a long time. Dominic is so helpful and kind. I never go anywhere else for flowers!!
Let's start where we should start, with the owner/operators. Dominick is one of the nicest most gregarious retailers in Burlington. Always a joy to encounter and never anything but in the best of humour. Moving to the operation, do not be fooled bu the spartan look and feel of the place, Dominick takes the time to work personally on each and every flower that leaves his shop and his stock is always fresh and well cared for. His personal touch often extends to walking your purchases to your car (as long as there are no other customers to be attended to). Quality is terrific and the personal touch cannot be beat. I note that almost every review is consistently 5 stars with one major exception, which had no comment attached. Ignore that one, Floral Express is a terrific store and don't forget their $20 dozen roses special which has been in place since the day they opened.
